Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

link.creo.farm is a platform that allows users to configure NFC (Near Field Communication) tags as digital link pages — a shareable profile containing contact details, links, and other information. When a configured NFC tag is tapped by a phone, the visitor is shown the tag owner's link page or redirected to a URL of the owner's choosing.

The Service supports both standard NFC tags and secure, physical-tap-only NFC tags. Creo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are of eligible age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may register using an email address and password, or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at contact@creo.farm if you suspect unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect unauthorised access, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another user's account
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Service without our written consent
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications in violation of Singapore's PDPA or Do Not Call provisions
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure

Creo reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate, cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to CREO.FARM PTE. LTD. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

The Creo name, logo, and product names are trademarks of CREO.FARM PTE. LTD. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload (including profile photos and links) and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google Sign-In and Google Maps. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Creo is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

Links you add to your tag profile may point to external websites. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content of any linked external site.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. NFC tag functionality depends on the physical hardware and the user's device — we do not guarantee that every device will be able to read every tag.

We do not warrant that content displayed on link pages is accurate or up to date — that is solely the tag owner's responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SINGAPORE LAW, CREO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees (if any) paid by you to CREO.FARM in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CREO.FARM PTE. LTD., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you publish via your tag; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@creo.farm. Upon deletion, your profile data and account information will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your account poses a security risk to the Service or other users. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice where possible, except where immediate action is required.

Clauses 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Before pursuing formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at contact@creo.farm so that we may attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email (if you have an account) or by a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect for material changes that affect your rights. Minor changes (such as clarifications) may be made without notice.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

14. General

Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Creo regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translation, the English version prevails.
